After years of trying to get an arborist to come out and meet with me about our beloved aging maple, I found TreeVival. Chris called me right back, and quickly scheduled an onsite consult. He generously spent time with us, and talked us through our options. Because, like us, Chris saw value in our old tree, he talked us through how he could help it to last longer. Chris and his expert arborist crew came with pulleys and ropes and spent more than a full day of work pruning, like it was an art project. Chris and his team did a fantastic job pruning my maple trees, trimming my 30 to 40 Foot Hollies taking off 15 feet and making them perfect cones, and removing unwanted and unsightly bushes. We had a very large tree branch that partially snapped and was dangling low over our driveway. There was also a massive pile of large tree branches that fell from the same tree. We called Chris and he responded right away and showed up within 2 days. He was incredibly nice, polite, professional and a very knowledgeable arborist. We were concerned but Chris very skillfully removed the branch without incident, cleared the huge pile of debris and left the property immaculate. We asked him to do a few extra things which he was kind enough to do. We really appreciate that Chris and his crew are arborists who have the skills and knowledge to properly care for trees without damaging them. His price was very reasonable too.
